Our highly motivated team of care staff are trained to provide discrete support and assistance and are on duty at all times; they are encouraged to work towards NVQs in social care and also take part in Customer Service workshops.

Nurses are also on duty around the clock and our Care Manager is also an RGN for added comfort and peace of mind.  A well respected local GP practice provides 24 hr care to Merryfield with a partner visiting weekly. 

Merryfield has been awarded the Investors in People accreditation of which we are very proud.
