Bartlett’s employs a registered manager, Gloria, who is an RGN. All the care staff are given in-depth training in care and customer service and then move on to study for their NVQs in Social Care. We also employ ancillary staff for cleaning and maintenance.

We have a varied and dynamic training programme for all our staff which is reflected in our highly motivated and committed team.
