Care Team

Gloria, our registered manager and trained nurse ensures all our staff receive in-depth training in direct resident care and health and safety from the moment they arrive at BartlettÕs ushering staff through their NVQ in social care and beyond. In addition and in collaboration with the British Butler Institute, staff receive extensive training in customer relations and hospitality.

We have a varied and dynamic training programme for all our staff which is reflected in our highly motivated and committed team.
